Yoga As A Way Of Life

with Swami Vijayashakti Saraswati

Saturday, February 7, 2026

6.00pm - 7.15pm EST

Drawing on the vision articulated by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, this session explores yoga not simply as a collection of techniques, but as an integrated way of living.

Within the Satyananda-Bihar Yoga tradition, yoga is understood as an approach to daily life that supports clarity of mind, softening of the heart, and a harmonious relationship with the world.

The session reflects on how the cornerstones of a yoga lifestyle — the yama and niyama, along with the yoga capsules we practise — gradually shift yoga from something we do into something vibrant that we live, shaping a more integrated perception of life. Through consistency and sincerity, a yoga lifestyle naturally cultivates contentment, happiness, and positive connection over time.

The theme will be explored through practice, reflection, and shared discussion.
