“Mantra is a force which frees the mind from its normal states of identification and patterns of behaviour and which, when perfected, allows for greater creativity and receptivity.”
About Amritamurti Saraswati
Sannyasi Amritamurti received initiation into mantra from her Guru, Swami Niranjanananda, in 2008, a moment that forever changed the course of her life. She eventually went on to spend 10 years living in both Ganga Darshan and Rikhiapeeth ashrams, where mantra chanting is an integral aspect of the daily yogic lifestyle. She believes in the power of mantra chanting and singing as tools for overall good health and well-being and enjoys finding ways to bring mantra chanting into daily life.
“When awakened, the mantra has the power of bestowing on the aspirant joy, illumination, freedom, supreme peace and eternal bliss and immortality.”
