From the yogic perspective, happiness is not something we need to search for outside ourselves, but an inner quality known as Manah Prasad — a state of cheerfulness, contentment and positivity that reflects our true nature.
Through yogic practice and lifestyle, we can reconnect with this inner state through self-awareness, mantra, meditation, reflection and daily sadhana.
Join Swami Prembhava Saraswati and Swami Vijayashakti Saraswati for a joyful one-hour online session exploring Yoga and Happiness through the teachings of the Satyananda Yoga tradition. The session will include reflections, simple daily practices, mantra and meditation and discussions to help reconnect with positivity and meaning in daily life.
This a FREE event being offered by Swami Prembhava and Swami Vijayashakti. If you wish to make an offering, please click here

About Swami Prembhava Saraswati
and Swami Vijayashakti Saraswati
Swami Prembhava Saraswati and Swami Vijayashakti Saraswati are long-term practitioners and teachers in the Satyananda Yoga tradition, with many years of study, practice and ashram life at the Bihar School of Yoga, in India. Their teaching is shaped by their lived experience of yoga as a complete and practical way of life.
Together, they share traditional and classical yoga through online sadhanas, face-to-face programs, mantra, meditation, yogic lifestyle teachings and spiritual reflection. In their work on Yoga and Happiness, they explore how the practices and principles of yoga can help us connect with the happiness, strength and positive connection that already exist within us, and bring these qualities into daily life.
